Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Arcade
Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street is a shopping street located in Kita Ward, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture. It is designated as the main Ichido Tenjinbashi Tennoji Line. According to the Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry, it is about 2.6 kilometers long, and has been promoted as the "longest shopping street in Japan" since the 1990s, with about 600 stores.

History & Culture
Born at the Shrine's Approach
The arcade grew from the approach to Osaka Tenmangu, where merchants gathered around the shrine and the nearby Tenma vegetable market from the Edo period.
2.6 km Under One Roof
Stretching about 2.6 kilometers, it is said to be the longest covered shopping street in Japan, lined with several hundred shops.
