Togakuin (formerly Isogakuin) is a Tendai sect temple located in Kamikihonmachi, Miyamae Ward, Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture. The name of the temple is Chotoku-ji Temple. The sango is Shiboku-san. The principal image is a standing statue of Fudo Myoo (hidden Buddha). Commonly known as Tsutsuji-ji Temple, the principal image cannot be worshipped in the Hibutsu, but according to the "New Musashi Fudokoki", it is a standing statue of Fudo Myoo measuring one shaku and five inches. Approximately 2,000 azaleas are planted in the precincts and are popular as "Tsutsuji-ji Temple". It is popular from mid-April to early May, and during the flowering period, the "Flower Sermon" is held.
